Sugachic child safety standards

These standards apply to Sugachic — Pays To Be You (com.app.sugachic). Sugachic is intended for adults aged 18 and over. An adults-only audience does not excuse child sexual abuse or exploitation.

Prohibited content and conduct

Sugachic prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual extortion and trafficking. Users must not create, upload, solicit, distribute, promote or link to such content or behavior. These prohibitions apply to posts, pictures, comments, messages, profiles and promotional content.

Report a concern

The designated monitored privacy and child-safety contact is sugachicptby@gmail.com. Use the subject Sugachic child safety report. Include the relevant username or post identifier and a description that helps locate the concern.

Do not download, forward or attach suspected CSAM. Provide identifying information or a reference instead. Do not send passwords or payment details. If somebody is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

Where available in your app version, you may also report a post through its menu and block a user. If the in-app reporting option is unavailable or fails, use the monitored email above.

Safety handling

These standards require review of reported violations, removal of confirmed prohibited content, appropriate account action, and compliance with applicable CSAM reporting and preservation obligations. Blocking a user is not a substitute for reporting suspected abuse.

Google Play and other authorities may use the designated safety contact for inquiries concerning these standards.
